# Run Evidence Task
### **Running a Task**
Running an evidence task involves executing the steps outlined in the evidence task workflow to ensure all required evidence is collected, reviewed, and reported effectively. Here’s a step-by-step guide to running an evidence task:
* Navigate to Tasks and click **Run.**
* **ComplianceBot** assists in preparing review materials and shares them over the **Slack channel.**
* Committee members mark presence by typing **"present"** in the channel.
* After the task is complete, **click Stop**.
* ComplianceBot prepares meeting minutes and provides a link for access.
