# Run Evidence Task

Running an evidence task involves executing the steps outlined in the evidence task workflow to ensure all required evidence is collected, reviewed, and reported effectively. Here’s a step-by-step guide to running an evidence task:

* Navigate to Tasks and click <mark style="color:blue;">**Run.**</mark>
* <mark style="color:blue;">**ComplianceBot**</mark> assists in preparing review materials and shares them over the <mark style="color:blue;">**Slack channel.**</mark>

* Committee members mark presence by typing <mark style="color:blue;">**"present"**</mark> in the channel.
