# Manage Documents

Once editors complete editing, ComplianceBot notifies the Compliance Manager via email thereby prompting the initiation of the approved workflow.

The Compliance Manager reviews the document's edits and proposes changes or additions using ComplianceBot's <mark style="color:blue;">**Request Change**</mark> functionality.
