Profile Setting

The Profile Settings section enables users to securely manage their personal and account details. It includes:

1. Personal Information

   • First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address

2. Change Password

   • Old Password: Input field to enter the current password.

   • New Password: Input field to set the new password (must comply with the organization’s password policy).

   • Confirm Password: Input field to confirm the new password.

3. Digital Signature

   • Current Signature: Displays the existing signature for reference.

   • Update Signature Options:

     • Upload Signature: Upload a scanned signature file (PNG, JPG, PDF).

     • Draw Signature: Create a signature using a drawing tool.

     • Generate Signature: Automatically generate a digital signature with predefined styles.

4. Actions

   • Save Changes: Save all updates.
