# Profile Setting

The <mark style="color:blue;">**Profile Settings**</mark> section enables users to securely manage their personal and account details. It includes:

1. <mark style="color:orange;">**Personal Information**</mark>
   * First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address
2. <mark style="color:orange;">**Change Password**</mark>
   * **Old Password**: Input field to enter the current password.
   * **New Password**: Input field to set the new password (must comply with the organization’s password policy).
   * **Confirm Password**: Input field to confirm the new password.
3. <mark style="color:orange;">**Digital Signature**</mark>
   * **Current Signature**: Displays the existing signature for reference.
   * **Update Signature Options**:
     * **Upload Signature**: Upload a scanned signature file (PNG, JPG, PDF).
     * **Draw Signature**: Create a signature using a drawing tool.
     * **Generate Signature**: Automatically generate a digital signature with predefined styles.
4. <mark style="color:orange;">**Actions**</mark>
   * **Save Changes**: Save all updates.
