Users create an account by providing their details and verify their emails.

First, create your account by filling in your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password. Click ‘Sign Up’. Then, verify your account by checking your email.

* Users enter their organization’s name and set up the compliance program by providing the necessary details.

* ComplianceBot presents pre-selected answers to compliance questions based on best practices for the chosen program for similar organizations.&#x20;
* Users can customize these responses to align with their organization’s specific needs.
* After customization, users click "Save and Continue" to proceed.

* The system suggests appropriate controls based on the provided answers and industry standards.
* Users can modify these controls as needed before saving and continuing.

* ComplianceBot’s AI generates tailored policies and procedures, a process that typically takes between 5 to 20 minutes.
* Users can monitor the progress and view the estimated time remaining.

* Once the AI has generated the policies and procedures, users can review each document. This human-in-the-loop ensures that we are not entirely dependent on Gen-AI.&#x20;
* Necessary adjustments can be made to ensure that the documents meet the organization’s requirements.
* This step involves human oversight to validate and refine the AI-generated content.

* After reviewing and confirming the policies, users complete the onboarding process.

This concludes the onboarding process. After this, the user can navigate to the Dashboard.&#x20;
