# Create Training Program
**1. Add New Campaign**
* Click the **Add New** button and select **Create Training Campaign**.
* Enter the **title**, **description**, and **welcome message**.
* Set the **start and end dates**, select **trainee groups**, **individual users**, **document groups**, and **documents**. Optionally, add **external documents**.
#### 2. Set Recurrence
* Define the **recurrence for the training campaigns** (e.g., semi-annually or annually) to ensure regular training.
* ComplianceBot automatically initiates training campaigns based on the set frequency.
#### **3. Finalize Campaign**
* Click **Create** at the top right.
* Employees within the selected training group will receive notifications and access to the training materials
