# Approve Form Template

<mark style="color:orange;">**To Approve form**</mark>

Once the approver has reviewed the document, they can finalize the process by following these steps:

Click on the "<mark style="color:blue;">**Approve Form"**</mark> option within the <mark style="color:blue;">**Actions**</mark> menu.

&#x20;A confirmation dialog will appear to ensure that the approver intends to approve the form.

Once the form is approved, it is moved to the Approved section in Vendor Management.
